Bienvenida
Welcome to my little corner of the internet—Eva Valentina Wellness.
If we were in my studio right now, I’d hand you a cup of coffee, ask how you’re really doing, and then probably start talking with my hands way too much. This blog is my way of doing that online.
This first post is a welcome, a hug, and a quick tour of the pillars behind my method—how I help women get stronger on the outside and even stronger on the inside.
How I Built My System (a love letter to books, yoga mats, and highlighters)
I’m that girl who always has:
A book in her bag
A podcast in her earbuds
A pink highlighter nearby
For years I’ve studied:
Strength training and functional movement
Yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation
Psychology and behavior change
Mindset and life design
Hormones, women’s health, and real-life habit stacking
I’ve read the books, taken the courses, sat in the conferences, and tested all of it in real life—with my own body, my clients, and my community.
Out of all of that (and a lot of notebooks), I created my own system: simple, realistic, and designed for women who want to feel powerful, grounded, and fully themselves.
I call it my pillars. Think of them as the framework underneath everything I share here: coaching, blog posts, and future programs.
The Pillars of Eva Valentina Wellness
1. Move Like You Mean It
Movement is not punishment for what you ate.
Movement is how you come back home to your body.
My method blends:
Strength training (for power, joints, bone density, and longevity)
Yoga & mobility (for nervous system, flexibility, and flow)
Barre & core work (for posture, stability, and juicy glutes)
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s consistency.
Short, effective, intentional movement sessions that fit a real schedule, not a fantasy one.
You’ll see this pillar show up here as:
30-40 minute workout blueprints
Mobility + stretch flows
Strength ideas you can do at home, in the gym, or in a tiny space
2. Nourish, Don’t Punish
We’re not doing “on the wagon / off the wagon” anymore.
Food is fuel, pleasure, and connection—not a math problem you have to “earn.”
This pillar is about:
Building balanced, protein-forward meals that keep you energized
Supporting hormones and blood sugar (especially for busy, high-performing women)
Enjoying your cafecito, wine, wings, or dessert without the shame spiral
Here you’ll find:
Sample meal ideas
Grocery shortcuts
Realistic frameworks you can customize (not rigid meal plans you’ll resent in 3 days)
3. Gratitude, Mindset & Daily Energy Rituals
This is where psychology, spirituality, and practicality all hang out together.
I’ve blended years of:
Psychology study
“Design your life” style work
Law of attraction and manifestation practices
Journaling and habit coaching
Healthy financial habits, because money is a wellness topic too
…into simple tools you can actually stick with.
This pillar looks like:
Short journaling prompts
Gratitude practices that take 2–5 minutes
Mindset reframes when you’re spiraling into “I’m behind / I’m not enough”
Tiny daily rituals that shift your energy without needing an entire morning off from life
Simple frameworks to start organizing your finances like an act of self-care
I want you to feel like the CEO of your energy—not at the mercy of everyone else’s demands.
